Ease your pelvic joint pain and discomfort with a comfortable easy to fit and effective support belt

The Mitton P/J support Belt has been helping pregnant and postnatal women ( and Men) with pelvic support for over 30 years and is used and recommended in maternity hospitals and  by Women’s Health Physiotherapists and other health professionals.

The belt was designed and made by Ingrid Mitton, a Continence and  Womens’ Health Physiotherapist, with a special interest in the pelvic girdle.

She has a degree in Physiotherapy from Melbourne University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Continence and Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation.

She is married with three adult children and five grandchildren.

Ingrid runs her own private practice and has worked with maternity clients at East Melbourne and Greensborough / Bundoora and Doncaster for many years.

She has been an active committee member of the Australian Physiotherapy Women’s Health Group in the past and currently (for many years) on the committee of the Continence Foundation of Australia Physiotherapy Group of Victoria.

She maintains a very active lifestyle with bike riding, skiing and gardening.

Sometimes exercise is not enough and a little extra support is needed. Feedback from colleagues and clients was positive and has been ongoing. Women have been feeling the benefit of this unique support for many years.
